上海连下了很长时间的雨，不知道那是一种什么样的感觉。
阴郁、潮湿、以及裤脚管的泥渍，这都是我讨厌雨天的原因。
然而当得知太阳终于在3月6日的早晨升起之后，一切归复平常。
据说巴黎人患抑郁症的人多，很大程度上是因为天气，那么每天都能晒到暖洋洋或者毒辣的阳光的人们，珍惜吧。
抑郁症。
3月2日和3月6日，学校分别有两个人离开人世，不论什么原因，方法都是自杀。
也许懦弱还是有好处的吧，我是断然不会自杀的，下不了手，横不下心，怕死。
心理防线脆弱的人，平时不能想消极的事，不然真的会不堪重负，然后就是走极端。
其实，学会自我减压自我调节心理状态真的很重要，不然怎么生存？
从进化论的角度看，这些人的离开不过是因为他们被淘汰了而已，残酷而无奈，不是么？
强者必然有一颗坚定坚强坚毅的心。
不知怎么，突然很想听shiver，于是反反复复地听。
这首歌从第一次听到到现在，一直是至爱，也许是和某一时期的心理状态特别契合的关系吧。
